Statkraft has been awarded a contract to build a 47 MW solar power plant and 16 MW battery storage facility in Zerbst, Germany. This project, expected to commence in summer 2025, will provide energy to power around 14,000 households. Part of Statkraft's ambitious growth targets, the firm also secured a 500 MW offshore wind project in Ireland.

BayWa r.e. and Goodman Group have agreed to build 18 MWp of rooftop solar capacity at Marl Logistics Centre, Germany's largest single-roof solar system. 43,000 modules will be installed by end of 2023.
