Serentica's 1,500 MWhr Green Power Solution
Serentica Renewables has partnered with Greenko Group to utilise 1,500 MWhr capacity from upcoming projects in India, leveraged by investments from KKR. This landmark deal will enable Serentica to supply clean energy to hard-to-abate industries and reduce 37M tonnes of CO2 emissions.

Centrica's 65MW Battery in Scotland: Delivering 1GW of Low-Carbon Energy
Centrica Business Solutions acquires development rights to 65-MW battery storage facility in Scotland. This two-hour battery will provide enough clean energy to meet the demand of 130,000 homes. Sungrow Powers 100MW UK BESS Project
Sungrow has been chosen to provide equipment for a 100MW/260MWh battery energy storage system project in the UK. Penso Power, BW ESS and Sungrow have formed a JV to deliver multiple storage systems, with the first planned for Bramley, Hampshire in 2024.

Statkraft's German Solar-Battery Power Plant
Statkraft has been awarded a contract to build a 47 MW solar power plant and 16 MW battery storage facility in Zerbst, Germany. This project, expected to commence in summer 2025, will provide energy to power around 14,000 households. Part of Statkraft's ambitious growth targets, the firm also secured a 500 MW offshore wind project in Ireland.

Oz Gold Mine Scores 62MW Clean Energy Contract
Pacific Energy has been awarded a contract to integrate 62MW of clean energy into an existing power system at an Australian gold mine. The hybrid power system will reduce emissions by 50% and feature in-house control systems, BESS, HV Switch Room & PV ring main units. Works start in July 2021, completion in early 2025.

Eunice's EUR 11m Green H2 Hub
Eunice Energy Group is leading a consortium to create the Crete-Aegean Hydrogen Valley (CRAVE-H2) project. The EUR 11 million project will use renewable electricity to produce 500 tonnes of green hydrogen annually and cover the entire value chain. 500MW Scottish Storage Project Gains Planning Approval
Alcemi and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners have been granted planning consent to build a 500MW/1000MWh energy storage facility in Coalburn, Scotland. The project is aiming to reduce 1.6 million tonnes of CO2 emissions over 35 years and support the national transmission system, while adhering to sustainability and safety standards.
