The six employees of Intelligent Alternatives will join the Starlight team, enhancing their development capabilities.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Starlight's Global Managing Director, Gianluca Boccanera, stated that the integration of Intelligent Alternatives into the NextEnergy Group will allow them to benefit from the wider knowledge and experience of Starlight Energy's global activities. Roy Amner, Starlight's Business Development Director for the UK market, emphasized that the acquisition will enable them to continue providing development functions in the UK while leveraging the resources of the NextEnergy Group.
