PPC Renewables welcomes bids for 550MW Greek solar project

- Utility seeking building and construction specialist for Ptolemaida project, the largest ever before integrated in Greece

PPC Renewables is welcoming proposals from service providers to build a 550MW solar park at a previous lignite mine in Ptolemaida, Greece's biggest solitary project to date.
The utility has introduced the tender for design, civil design works, transmission, installation and commissioning of the project.
It lies in the districts of Eordaia & Kozani in Western Macedonia.
The selected service provider will additionally be expected to supply equipment, except for PV panels.
The deadline for tender submissions is 30 September 2022.
