Photon Energy to develop 32MWp solar projects in Romania by end-2022
- Solar power and clean water options group Photon Energy claimed on Monday it prepares to add a solar energy portfolio with a complete generation capacity of 32MWp by the end of this year in Romania.
The present project development pipeline in Romania goes beyond 235 MWp, Photon Energy Group stated in a news release, adhering to the beginning of building of its very first Romanian photovoltaic or pv (PV) power plant with a generation capacity of 5.7 MWp.
Located near Siria, Arad area, the power plant will certainly cross 9.3 ha of greenfield land and will be equipped with some 10,600 solar panels. The plant will be owned and also run by Siria Solar, a special purpose firm fully-owned by Photon Energy Group, as well as is set up to commence procedures in the fourth quarter of 2023.
