Neoenergia breaks ground on 149-MWp solar complex in Brazil
- Brazilian energy firm Neoenergia SA (BVMF: NEOE3) has begun the building and construction benefits the 149.3-MWp Luzia solar project, consisting of two parks in the state of Paraiba.
