Low Carbon Lights Up 42MW Solar

Low Carbon, a leading provider of renewable energy, has successfully connected three solar farms in the UK and Netherlands. The St Clere’s Solar Farm in Essex and the Fox Covert Solar Farm in Buckinghamshire in the UK will produce 23MW and 9MW of clean energy respectively. Meanwhile, the two Dutch projects located in the province of Utrecht, 10MW Wijkerbroek East and 9MW Wijkerbroek West, will produce an additional 19MW of energy. This new capacity of 42MW is part of Low Carbon's plan to create 20GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030. Roy Bedlow, Founder and Chief Executive of Low Carbon, said that they are “delighted to connect more new renewable capacity to the grid” as they continue their journey to become an Independent Power Producer.
