Italy's Alerion Clean Power buys three solar plants with 14.3 MW overall capacity in Romania
- Italian renewable resource holding Alerion Clean Power claimed on Tuesday that it has obtained 3 business that own as many photovoltaic plants presently incomplete in Romania with a total installed capability of approximately 14.3 MW.
Building and construction of the 3 acquired plants is expected to be finished by October, Alerion stated in a press release.
Alerion made the purchase via its Romanian subsidiary Alerion Clean Power RO.
This deal belongs to the cooperation arrangement authorized with PV Project RO in February, which imagines the building of photovoltaic plants with a complete installed ability of approximately 200 MW in Romania by 2023.
Alerion Clean Power SpA is primarily engaged in the energies industry associated with power manufacturing from sustainable resources.
In May, Alerion stated that it has actually signed an arrangement with Monsson Alma for the advancement of three new wind projects in Romania with an overall ability of some 350 MW.
