These projects will be managed through three different legal entities.

Prozeal Green Energy, established in 2013, specializes in serving commercial and industrial clients with a plug-and-play model and recently filed for an IPO in India. Golyan Group operates in sectors like agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, and renewable energy, focusing on hydro and solar projects.
