FTC Solar to ship trackers for APA's 88-MW solar project in Queensland
- United States solar tracking systems maker FTC Solar Inc (NASDAQ: FTCI) revealed on Monday that it was granted a contract to provide its tools for an 88-MW solar project in Australia.
The manufacturer claimed that it will supply its 2P Voyager+ trackers to Australian energy framework company APA Group (ASX: APA), which will certainly use them for a solar farm development in Mica Creek, Queensland.
Late last year, APA took last investment decisions on the 44-MW stages one and also two of the project after safeguarding power acquisition arrangements.
For FTC Solar, the order for Mica Creek represents its biggest project outside the US to day, the business claimed.
