CubicPV Raises US$103M for U.S 10GW Wafer Production

CubicPV, a U.S.-based company, has recently raised US$103 million in equity financing to fund its plans to build a 10GW US silicon wafer production base and to continue its research into perovskite-silicon tandem technology. This investment was led by SCG Cleanergy, and will provide CubicPV with the resources to accelerate its research and manufacturing capabilities. Frank van Mierlo, CEO of CubicPV, expressed his appreciation for the confidence that SCG Cleanergy has shown in their product roadmap. Tim McCaffery, investment director of SCG, has expressed his admiration for the strength of CubicPV's team and their commitment to excellence.
