State-owned Central Electronics Limited has invited bids for supply of five-busbar, multicrystalline PERC solar cells with an efficiency of minimal 19.60%. Amounts to be supplied are 2 million.

The solar cells need to be 157 x 157 mm ± 0.25 mm in size, with cell density of 200 ± 20 microns. Further, these must have consistent silicon nitride anti-reflection coating.

The front busbar has to go to least 0.8 ± 0.2 mm broad and back busbar 1.5 ± 0.3 mm
