- Global solar O&M provider Belectric has been awarded a 10-year service contract for more than 20 MW of projects across the United States.
sPower has awarded Belectric a 14.4-MW portfolio of 15 projects in Indiana, New Jersey and Massachusetts, and Madison Energy has contracted Belectric for two projects totaling 5.8 MW in Maryland and California.
“We are pleased that these long-term contracts are enabling us to expand O&M services within our core markets,” explains Matthew Lusk, Belectric’s U.S. director of business development and operations. “Including these plants, we are operating and maintaining a solar portfolio with an installed capacity of approximately 160 MW in the U.S.”
Globally Belectric’s O&M teams are managing around 1.7 GW of solar projects. The teams perform both semi-annual preventive and corrective maintenance.
