European Energy has unveiled plans for the largest solar farm to date in the Baltics located in Anyksciai, Lithuania. It will have a capacity of 65MW and be connected to the grid in Q4 2023. The solar farm will feature 140,000 solar panels mounted on tracker systems to ensure an optimal production throughout the day. The total output is expected to be 90,000MWh a year, enough to power 24,000 households. European Energy is also developing projects in Jonava and Skuodas which will be connected to the Lithuania national grid by 2026.
