Atrato Rooftops Solar: GBP 77m Deal
Atrato Onsite Energy plc has acquired a 34-MW portfolio of rooftop solar systems in England and Wales for GBP 77.3 million. The contracts are expected to produce 681 GWh of electricity and have very low exposure to wholesale power prices. Demand for residential solar is increasing due to EPC regulations.

Waaree Energies' 52.6MW Solar Project Wins EPC Deal
Waaree Energies Ltd. has been awarded an LOI for the construction of a 52.6MW photovoltaic project in India. EPC services to be completed before 2023/2024 fiscal year. Waaree Energies recently raised INR 10 billion to support 6GW capacity expansion. Company has 12GW in India producing solar ingots, wafers, cells, and modules.

US Grants 425M to Tata Power for India Solar Factory
