Chemical vapor deposition (CVD)
What is Chemical vapor deposition (CVD)?
A process of semiconductor thin-film deposition by exposing a substrate to one or a few volatile compounds containing the required components. Chemical reactions are initiated at the surface of the substrate in order to form the required material condensing on the substrate. The technique is used in manufacturing of some PV devices.
