63-MW Solar Park Blooms in Romania for Enel Green Power
Enel Green Power Romania has successfully powered up its 63-MW Lumina solar park in Romania. Expected to generate 99 GWh of energy annually, the facility is also connected to the high-voltage grid of the concessionaire. Additionally, Greek companies PPC SA and Mytilineos SA are investing to further the growth of renewable energy in Romania.

49.9MW Solar Farm Proposed in Cornwall
EDF Renewables UK announces plans to develop a 49.9-MW solar farm near St Stephen in Cornwall, South West England. 9,562 households will be served with power generated, and a community fund of GBP 20,000 per year will granted. 465 MW Solar Powered: NIPSCO's Indiana Plans
NIPSCO, a NiSource Inc. subsidiary, has brought 465MW of solar parks online in Indiana. EDPR NA developed and installed them, which will bring in $101 million in tax revenue over 35 years. 75MW of battery storage capacity will accompany them, along with the retirement of the R.M. Schahfer coal-fired plant in 2025. NIPSCO's commitment to benefit customers includes going coal-free by 2028 and cutting their carbon footprint by 90% by 2030.
