Ventient Energy shuts 443-MW renewables portfolio get in Spain

- Pan-European, non-utility power manufacturer Ventient Energy revealed today the completion of its procurement of a 443-MW renewables portfolio in the Spanish area of Castilla y Leon.

The bargain was first introduced in December 2021 as well as acquired regulative authorization in April 2022. It concerns 203 MW of onshore wind as well as 240 MW of solar capacity. As formerly revealed, Ventient Energy's companion in the bargain is Spain's Vapat.
Ventient noted that when the newly-purchased projects are understood, consisting of the solar parts, its installed capacity will cover 3 GW. This includes over 1.2 GW of operating renewable generation in Iberia.
