Trina-equipped 100-MW solar park gets energised in China

- Chinese photovoltaics (PV) maker Trina Solar Co Ltd introduced on Thursday that a 100-MW agricultural solar park in China has been hooked to the grid.

Situated in a 160-hectare (395.4 acres) area in Luotian County, Hubei province, the PV plant is expected to create 110 million kWh of electricity per year while minimizing regarding 104,500 tonnes of co2 (CO2) emissions.
The solar farm utilizes Trina Solar's 210 Vertex 550W series combined with Huawei inverters.
