Esdec, the global rooftop solar placing services company, announced the other day that it has acquired PanelClaw, the biggest vendor of solar installing systems for business roofs in the U.S. With the procurement of PanelClaw, Esdec increases its customer base as well as profile of products available to the growing industrial and commercial (C&I) solar market.

Despite strong income growth in its domestic market, Quick Mount PV-- which was obtained by Netherlands-based Esdec last year-- is deserting its U.S. production to relocate overseas.

Dutch rooftop solar mounting provider Esdec has acquired US mounting specialists IronRidge and Quick Mount PV, claiming the double acquisition gives it a dominant share of the US residential mounting market.
