Fortum Corp is going to acquire 100% of the shares in Finland-based growing firm CrisolteQ Qy, specializing in hydrometallurgical recycling of lithium-ion batts.

Manz AG has signed an agreement with China’s Shenzhen Yinghe Technology for strategic cooperation in lithium-ion cell and module production.

The transaction has been approved by AGCM, Italy’s antitrust authority. Prior to acquiring Evolvere – which recorded a turnover of more than €30 million in 2018 – Eni has mainly specialized in the construction of large-scale solar plants, rather than residential and commercial PV projects.
