African Development Bank to Fund 100 MW Tunisian Solar Project
The loan package is to co-finance the construction of the 100 MW Kairouan solar energy plant in Tunisia. The new financial aid covers $10 million and another EUR10 million from the Bank, as well as $17 million concessional financing from the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA).

AfDB, MASEN and RES4africa to pass on solar training for Sahel Countries
The solar training programme will certainly be performed in Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali, Mauritania and Niger. The programme and tripartite cooperation is viewed as a timely opportunity for capacity structure for the Desert to Power effort.
