Swisslion Trebinje to develop 5 MW solar energy plant in Bosnia

  • Bosnia's Swisslion Trebinje, part of Serbia-based confectionary team Swisslion Takovo, will develop a 5 MW photovoltaic (PV) nuclear power plant in the town of Trebinje, Bosnian media reported.

The PV plant will spread out on an area of 20,000 square metres, information company Trebinje Live reported last week.

The company will make use of the power created by the solar power plant to meet its very own demands as well as the requirements of the marketplace, Trebinje Live reported, including that Bosnian oil products trader Hifa Oil will certainly partner with Swisslion in the project.

Hifa Oil stated in a declaration over the weekend break that it has signed a contract with Swisslion Takovo for the construction of a PV nuclear power plant in Trebinje which will use solar panels and inverters manufactured respectively by Chinese business Longi as well as Huawei.

Hifa Oil is the authorised distributor of Longi and also Huawei items for Bosnia as well as Herzegovina.
