Suntuity Solar acquisitions Empire Solar possessions in bankruptcy court
- On October 20, 2021, the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah, Central Division approved the sale of particular properties of Empire Solar Group, consisting of project assets, without existing obligations to Suntuity Solar.
The court's ruling gives Suntuity the exclusive right to collaborate with certain previous Empire Solar clients for the benefit of customers, the Empire estate and also its lenders.
If you are a home owner that might have changed or might be taking into consideration a switch to another solar company, Suntuity asks that you call them immediately because your choice might have a direct effect on the properties acquired by Suntuity with the bankruptcy court, including stock that might have been mounted at your home. More information about the sale order can be discovered on the Chapter 7 Trustee's web page at https://empiresolarbankruptcy.com/.
Over the following a number of weeks, Suntuity will begin speaking to Empire Solar Group clients whose solar projects are insufficient or otherwise yet in service.
