Shizen finishes 2.9-MWp solar plant at ski resort in Nagano

- Japanese renewables programmer Shizen Energy Inc has actually started the commercial operation of a 2.9-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) park in Nagano prefecture.

Found at the neighborhood ski resort in Otaki village, the solar power plant covers an area of 3 hectares (7.4 acres). The company expects the PV park to produce practically 389,000 kWh per year, enough to satisfy the usage of concerning 600 local homes.
Shizen Energy funded the building and is in charge of the PV park's management. Subsidiary juwi Shizen Energy Inc acted as the EPC service provider and juwi Shizen Energy Operations Inc will provide operation and also upkeep (O&M) services.
