Shell has additionally partnered with Clearstone Energy to create numerous utility-scale solar PV projects in the south-east of England, with a complete consolidated export capacity of 100MW with co-located storage space possibility.
Both deals would be subject to a future final investment choice.
Shell UK chairman David Bunch claimed: "Shell is developing an integrated power company which extends the renewable generation, trading as well as supply of clean energy to organizations and customers.
