Samsung C&T has announced the divestment of a 3-GW portfolio of solar and energy storage projects located in southern Texas. The bundle consists of six PV plants with a total capacity of 1 GW and nine energy storage facilities totalling 2 GW, which are planned to be energised between 2025 and 2026. Samsung C&T will partner with US-based Sunraycer Renewables for the development and permitting of the projects.
