- German developer to develop 50MW Limondale storage space project beside existing 249MW solar scheme
RWE Renewables has won a tender in Australia to establish its 50MW Limondale battery energy storage system.
The project will supply 400 megawatt hrs (MWh) of power in New South Wales will be built under a Long-Term Energy Service Agreement
Limondale will certainly lie alongside RWE's existing 249 MWac Limondale solar farm (imagined) with the project making use of existing grid facilities.
