ReNew Energy Global Plc (NASDAQ: RNW) secured a USD 477 million (EUR 412.3 million) debt package to finance an 837-MWp hybrid wind-and-solar project with battery energy storage in Andhra Pradesh, India. The financing will bankroll construction of the integrated facility, designed to combine variable generation with storage.
The project adds large-scale capacity to India’s renewables buildout while supporting grid reliability through storage.
