ReneSola shuts sale of 12.3 MW of solar farms in Hungary

- Solar projects professional ReneSola Ltd (NYSE: SOL) on Thursday stated that it has actually finished up the sale of 12.3 MW of solar farms in Hungary.

As introduced in early January 2021, the contract on the sale was struck with Denmark-based solar capitalist Obton A/S.
The offer was settled on March 19, ReneSola said. The rate was not divulged.
The Hungarian portfolio includes 20 operating solar farms located across 5 areas. The plants were linked to the grid in 2020 as well as get approved for the Hungarian 25-year KAT feed-in-tariff plan.
Last year, Obton went shopping in Hungary, acquiring a 15-MW of solar from ReneSola and also 2 commissioned solar farms from German renewables developer ABO Wind AG.
