Qair Expands German Portfolio with New PV Park

- Qair shines in Germany with new solar park in Baden-Wurttemberg, expanding renewable energy portfolio with plans for more projects in the works.
French renewable power producer Qair has commissioned a new solar PV park in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. The Volkertshausen plant covers 1.5 hectares of land on the shores of Lake Constance and will also be used for sheep grazing. The installation was handled by German EPC contractor Teos Energy GmbH under an agreement with Qair Deutschland GmbH.
Qair Deutschland is currently working on two more solar PV projects in Germany, with a total installed capacity expected to exceed 50 MW by the end of 2024. Additionally, Qair was awarded a 288-MW wind project in Bavaria last summer, which will create the largest wind farm in the state.
