Orbital Energy device obtains EPC job on 100-MW solar project in Southeast US

- Diversified energy services platform operator Orbital Energy Team Inc (NASDAQ: OEG) said today that of its systems has won an agreement to develop a 100-MW solar farm in the Southeastern United States.
The newly-awarded engineering, purchase as well as construction (EPC) contract asks for Orbital Solar Services (OSS) to provide a utility-scale solar array of 350,000 photovoltaic or pv (PV) panels installed across 800 acres of land.
The job is anticipated to be accomplished in early 2022.
While the news does not name the consumer, OSS' chief executive officer Brandon Martin said that this is the 2nd project "with an industry-leading, energy firm" as well as later likewise described it as a "large-scale energy manufacturer".
