NextEnergy acquires two PV projects totalling 53.8 MWp.
- NextEnergy Capital is announcing 2 solar PV acquisitions as part of its 3rd institutional solar fund, NextPower III ESG.
The procurements mark its 2nd in Portugal and also initial acquisition in Chile, with the first being an 11.6 MWp project with a long term PPA and also commissioning prepared for this month. The 2nd is a portfolio of four projects in Chile with an overall ability of 42.2 MWp. This portfolio was obtained from Grenergy Renovables, with appointing prepared for Q1-Q2 2021.
NextPower III ESG's capacity in operation and also under construction presently stands at 430MWp throughout 15 projects/portfolios. It has six more projects under exclusivity with an overall ability of circa 500MWp and a more pipeline of circa 2GWp.
