NextEnergy Solar Fund (LON:NESF) sold a 100-MW operational UK solar portfolio to Atrato Onsite Energy for GBP 46.2 million, completing its capital recycling programme. The assets comprise two subsidy-free 50-MW plants: The Grange in Nottingham and South Lowfield in Yorkshire. Proceeds will cut short-term debt under revolving credit facilities.
