Neoen Unveils Portugal's Largest Solar Park

Located in Azambuja, north of Lisbon, the solar park began operations at the end of 2024 and is now running at full capacity, generating 500 GWh annually, enough to power 110,000 homes.

Neoen has secured two 15-year power purchase agreements with the Portuguese state for 80% of the energy produced, with the remainder sold on the electricity market. Including these farms, Neoen's capacity in Portugal totals 326 MWp, with an additional 600 MW under development.
