NatPower offers 22-MWp solar PV portfolio in Italy to Theia

- Renewables designer NatPower has offered a 22-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio in Italy to Theia Investments for an undisclosed amount.
This was announced by Milan-based independent advising boutique Prothea, which functioned as special financial expert to NatPower for this purchase. On the other hand, Theia Investments was supported by L&B as lawful advisor.
The transaction involved 2 vehicle business that possess an overall of 4 solar plants presently unfinished in Piedmont. It stands for Theia's first procurement of unsubsidised possessions in its portfolio.
