MaxSolar Energizes Bavaria: 125-MW Solar Park Ready

MaxSolar GmbH is nearing completion of a 125 MW solar park in Bavaria, with two transformers now in place. The 232,000 solar modules installed on 125 hectares of land will generate 131 MWh of clean electricity annually, enough to supply almost 40,000 households. Additionally, a portion of the electricity generated will be used for district heating and e-charging stations. Construction on a district heating system directly connected to the solar park began in May, with a 1.6-kilometre-long network to provide renewable heat to local residents and municipal properties. The solar park is set to be officially commissioned on September 28.
