Maxeon hires new COO amidst continued transformation
- Solar module supplier Maxeon Solar Technologies has appointed Philippe Costemale as its new chief operating officer (COO).

Costemale will be accountable for the global manufacturing organisation, international operations and also supply chain activities starting from August when he will prosper Markus Sickmoeller.
Jeff Waters, Chief Executive Officer at Maxeon, said: "Philippe will certainly take the lead on continuing and also making sure Maxeon's transformation, as we introduce new items, take full advantage of factory utilization, and also drive down prices."
Prior to signing up with Maxeon, Costemale served as VP international production and also supply chain at Technicolor in Hong Kong, and also will bring more than 20 years of experience in smart manufacturing transformation, supply chain consolidation and also handling procedures across different areas.

The visit comes with a moment of growth for the module provider as earlier this month it made some activities in the domestic market, initially with the launch of its SunPower One house power service and also later on a collaboration with AlphaESS to market home power storage space items.
