LONGi signs a significant deal with Adani for PV module sales throughout next year
- LONGi Solar, member of the so called super league of solar module suppliers, has concluded a sale and purchase contract with Indian Adani Green Energy to provide around 1.2 thousand megawatts of its highly efficient p-Type mono solar panels throughout the year to come.

The framework contract ranges from 50 megawatts up to a maximum of 1.2 gigawatts of photovoltaic panel sales. This would have accounted for around 20 percent of LONGi's last-year external panel supply.
Adani is currently developing approximately 475 megawatts of India-based solar ventures. The company’s strategical plans include the development of over 5.29 gigawatts through 2021, as well as a complete self-development pipeline of more than 9 gigawatts.
The business has embraced both a module tech and supplier base agnostic approach to projects, even though normally it chooses top solar panel suppliers like the following SMSL associates: GCL System Integration Technology, Canadain Solar, Trina Solar, Q CELLS, and JinkoSolar.
