L&G NTR Finances 115MW Spanish Solar Power

• L&G NTR Clean Power (Europe) Fund partners with NordLB to finance 3 Spanish solar projects, supplying power for 51,424 homes. L&G NTR Clean Power (Europe) Fund has completed the financing of three Spanish solar projects in partnership with NordLB as the sole debt provider and hedge counterparty. The portfolio, with combined capacity of 115MWp, will produce enough power to serve 51,424 homes, with 70% of the power generated to be used by three parties including Nestle Spain and Portugal, Huhtamaki and Holaluz for the next 10 years. The Fund has also acquired a six-turbine onshore wind project near Narbonne, France, with a capacity of 13.4MW to provide power for 5500 households. The Fund, in partnership with LGIM, is working to accelerate the energy transition across Europe.
