Langa International has launched three solar farms in Chile, totaling 12.5 MWp, under the PMGD framework, which simplifies permitting for projects under 9 MW. Located in the Maule and Ñuble regions, these plants will generate approximately 27 GWh annually, powering nearly 11,000 homes and reducing CO₂ emissions by over 18,000 tonnes. The electricity will be integrated into local grids, alleviating congestion and minimizing transmission losses.

The projects were completed in under 11 months using local labor, creating 120 temporary jobs. Langa plans to expand its Latin American presence, with 35 MW of additional PMGD capacity in the pipeline and larger projects under consideration in Antofagasta.
