The portfolio comprises 28 active utility-scale solar power plants located across California, North Carolina and Idaho, and is majority owned by Enfinity with a 60% equity interest. Enfinity also serves as the long-term asset manager of the portfolio. This deal is part of Enfinity's strategy to attract long-term partners and expand in the US.
