KOMIPO finishes 160-MW Concho Valley Solar project in Texas

- KOMIPO America revealed it finished building of the 160-MW Concho Valley Solar project in San Angelo City in Texas as well as began commercial operation in October. The solar project will certainly offer power to Targa Resources' gas processing plant in West Texas. Building began in November 2021.
The Concho Valley Solar is the second utility-scale solar asset for KOMIPO America in Texas. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Nov. 16 at the project site with neighborhood officials, community leaders and other project stakeholders.
"Concho Valley Solar is one of the most remarkable as well as meaningful project in the U.S. for KOMIPO given that it had jointly developed with trustworthy partnership with the regional designer, Quality SI and strong assistance from the local communities," said Hotae Lee, executive handling supervisor of KOMIPO.
