Madrid-headquartered financier Kobus Partners has acquired 250MW of Spanish solar PV projects from Esparity Solar.
Kobus announced it has actually purchased three projects from the developer by means of its third capital fund, Kobus Renewable Energy 3.
The largest of the projects, 150MW Cordovilla, will certainly be found in Navarra while the other 2, 50MW Salinetas and also 50MW Salinetas 2, will be based in the district of Alicante.
Kobus was encouraged by Deloitte Legal, G-advisory as well as Blue Tree Asset Management on the deal.
The financier is aiming to accumulate a 500MW portfolio using Kobus Renewable Energy 3, which formally launched previously this month.
