Kesko to buy Swedish solar systems wholesaler Zenitec
- Finnish retail team Kesko (HEL: KESKOA) has accepted acquire solar power systems wholesaler Zenitec Sweden Ab to strengthen its position in the structure and also technological trade market in Northern Europe.

Kesko is carrying out the deal through its subsidiary Onninen. The value of the financial investment remained concealed.
Zenitec Sweden offers solar energy systems to technological wholesale clients. Business, which has 20 staff members, scheduled sales of regarding EUR 13 million (USD 13.9 m) in 2022.
"The procurement broadens our role in the renewables market in Sweden and also further strengthens Onninen's duty beforehand the green change," claimed Jorma Rauhala, president of Kesko's building as well as technical profession division.
