JSW Energy's subsidiary, JSW Renew Energy (Raj) Limited, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SJVN Limited for a 700 MW solar project in Rajasthan. The PPA is for 25 years with a tariff of ₹2.52/KWh, increasing JSW Renew Energy's total locked-in capacity to 13.9 GW. The project is expected to be commissioned within the next 24 months, adding to the company's goal of reaching 20 GW generation capacity and 40 GWh of energy storage capacity by 2030.

Additionally, JSW Neo Energy Limited, another subsidiary of JSW Energy, has signed PPAs for wind and solar projects totaling 1,325 MW. This includes a 1,025 MW project with SECI and a 300 MW project with GUVNL, bringing the company's total locked-in capacity to 13.6 GW. The SECI project is the largest single tranche PPA with a capacity of 1,025 MW and a blended tariff of ₹3.62/KWh for 25 years. These projects are expected to be commissioned within 24 months in Gujarat and Karnataka, further expanding JSW Energy's renewable energy portfolio.
