JLEN, Foresight bag 50MW battery project

JLEN and Foresight Solar Fund have obtained a 50MW energy storage space project in Scotland from Intelligent Land Investments (ILI) Group.
The Clayfords project in Aberdeenshire is the sixth battery storage project ILI Group has sold bringing consisting of 300MW in total that the designer has offered market.
An additional 400MW that will await sale before the end of the year, the firm said.
ILI Group is creating 4GW of energy storage space projects in the UK, with a project pipeline comprising 2.5 GW of pumped storage hydro and 1.5 GW of battery storage.
