JinkoSolar integrates TOPCon cells with new welding and packaging tech for brand-new module record
- Solar Module Super League (SMSL) member JinkoSolar has asserted a module conversion performance record of 23.53%, beating its previous record of 23.01% set in January.

JinkoSolar claimed the advancement was the result of taking on tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) cells in addition to a new sort of welding and packaging modern technology, which has lowered inner resistance and also enhanced power performance.
The outcome was separately tested as well as verified by TÜV Rheinland.
"We are certain that the investments we have made in R&D will cause even more cutting-edge items for greater efficiency and also integrity," claimed JinkoSolar's primary modern technology policeman Hao Jin.
The solar sector is transforming increasingly to TOPCon as well as various other n-type solar cell technologies in order to increase conversion effectiveness while restricting the results of degradation. This year's SNEC PV Expo in China saw the launch of numerous brand-new n-type modules, and PV Tech got on hand to profile those launches.
