Impax, BNRG eye 1.6 GW Irish and also United States solar opportunities

Impax Asset Management has partnered with Irish solar developer BNRG to deliver portfolios of solar energy projects with a preliminary focus on the United States and Ireland.
In the United States, where BNRG has been active since 2014, the companions will certainly work together on over 1GW portfolio of solar projects.
The most advanced projects remain in Maine where the companions are targeting taking 70MW of projects right into building in the coming months.
The partnership will additionally pursue projects in numerous other states.
In Ireland, the partnership will certainly progress BNRG's existing portfolio of over 600MW of solar projects including 55MW of projects that recently received 15-year Government offtake tariffs in the Irish RESS 2 auction.
The partners are aiming to bring the RESS 2 portfolio into building and construction in the coming months.
