Ichigo starts-up 3-MW solar plant in Japan
- Japanese real estate and also renewables financier Ichigo Inc (TYO:2337) claimed today that it has actually started the procedure of a 2.93-MW solar energy plant in Hiroshima prefecture, Japan.
The photovoltaic (PV) power facility, called Ichigo Sera Shimotsuda ECO Power Plant, is comprised of 7,616 panels mounted on 37,780 sq m (406,660.54 sq ft) of idle land in Sera area.
Ichigo approximates that the solar farm will have the ability to create approximately 3,339 MWh annually, sufficient to fulfill the yearly power demand of 1,112 regional houses.
